At full occupancy, this corresponds to a guideline price of €95 per person/night.

Tourist Tax (Ecotasa)
In addition to the rental price, a tourist tax (Ecotasa) is charged in Mallorca. It currently amounts to
€2.00 per person per night (April to October) and €0.50 (November to March).
The tax applies to guests aged 16 and over and is reduced by 50% from the 9th day of stay.
It is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately.
